When installing, the first thing we need to do is to prepare the required materials: a top rail, a pulley, a hanging card, a rotatable screw shaft, a small amount of screws, and a door. And the main structure of the whole door frame has been completed and passed the acceptance, and the reserved opening and side decoration have also been generally completed. The purpose of determining this is to avoid repeated construction in the future, which is time-consuming, laborious and expensive.
First, locate the elevation on the datum line we reserved in advance, and specify the elevation and the location of the opening. Then carry out simple construction on the opening according to the design on the drawing, so as not to leave blank after the installation is completed. Then install the hanging rail: check the required parts of sliding door one by one, then install the steel cap for fixing at the top plate of wooden frame 500mm, and fix the bolt on the top plate, then install the hanging rail on the board, check the size and check whether the installed nut is fixed.
Then put the top rail into the pulley, cover plate, install hanging card, and make appropriate horizontal adjustment until it reaches the requirements. Finally, install the two doors, install the matching hardware accessories, observe whether the opening and closing are clear, without any resistance or inclination, and then fix all bolts and screws, the entire installation process is completed. It should be noted that during the installation process, adjust and align the door seams on both sides, otherwise the whole hanging rail sliding door will not be coordinated.

1. Put the upper sliding wheel into the upper sliding chute in the correct order, assemble the frame and horizontal frame correctly and tighten it with half-section self-tapping screws (the stitching must be smooth). Specific instructions: The upper sliding hanging wheel must pay attention to its arrangement position to avoid rework.
2. Put the installed door frame into the door hole, First Seal the left and right door frame sides horizontally and vertically, punch holes for positioning, and fix them with expansion screws, (do not fix the screws too tightly, so as to fine-tune when installing the door leaf) if the gap is too large, the sheet or other objects are inserted inside.
3. Whether the pulley is at the same height and consistent with the site height. If it is equal, the door leaf can be hung. If it is not consistent, adjust it to the appropriate position and then hang the door leaf. (note: the right direction of the front and back of the door leaf).
4. Hang up the door leaf and check whether the gap between the two doors is even from top to bottom. If it is uneven, fine-tune it to the appropriate position and test the level of the door leaf, the driving effect and the lock can be easily and safely opened until everything reaches the best effect, remove the door leaf, tighten the positioning wheel screws, hang the door leaf again, and tighten the sliding hanging wheel positioning adjustment screws.
