13 Calculation Formulas of Aluminum Alloy


1. Windows without beams
1: frame = height of window
2: Up and down = the width of the window-2cm
3: Hook Light start = border-5.2cm
4; Up and down = up and down ÷ 2+0.5cm (see exception size for three fans)
5: glass height = hook light start-9.3cm
6: glass width = upper and lower Square-6cm (Middle big fan of three fans-7cm)
7: yarn fan height = frame-5cm
8: yarn fan width = upper and lower square + 1cm 2
II. Windows with upper beams
1: frame = height of window
2: upper, middle, lower = width of the window-2cm
3: Hook Light start = number of lines-1.2cm
4: Upper and Lower = upper, middle and lower ÷ 2+0.5
5: power strip. Neutral = border-hyphens-7cm
6: buckle horizontal length = diameter-0.6cm
7: buckle vertical length = Neutral. Power strip-1cm (buckle cutting angle)
8: glass height = scribing count-10.5cm (also = hook light start-9.3cm)
9: The width of the glass is the same as above
10: yarn fan height = scribing count-0.5cm
11: the width of the yarn fan is the same as above
Three: the exceptional size of the three fans (non-standard materials need to be measured and calculated by yourself)
1: small fan of the three fans = (down +9)÷ 4-1.8cm
2: The upper and lower sides of the big fan with three fans = (sliding +9)÷ 2
3: Small fan glass is as high as above
4: The glass of the big fan is as high as above, width = upper and lower Square-7cm
4. Blanking size of 80-type aluminum alloy 1: windows without upper beam
1: frame height = window height
2: Up and down = window width-3cm (Lu he's-3.5cm)
3: Hook Light start = border-5.3cm
4: up and down = up and down ÷ 2-4.7cm (Big fan width of three fans = up and down ÷ 2-2cm, small fan cm Width = up and down ÷ 4-4.7cm)
5: glass height = hook light start-7.6cm
6: glass width = upper and lower Square-0.5cm

6: buckle horizontal length = upper, middle and lower-3.8cm
7: vertical length of the buckle line = neutral power strip-0.2
8: yarn fan high hanging = frame-upper beam full outside-4cm yarn fan high hanging = frame-upper beam full outside-1.3cm
