Construction methods and technical measures
(1) positioning and setting-out: the glass door combined with fixed glass and movable glass door leaves shall be set-out and positioning uniformly. According to the requirements of the design and construction drawings, release the positioning line of the glass door, determine the position of the door frame, and accurately measure the ground elevation, the top elevation of the door frame and the height of the middle horizontal frame.
(2) limit slot at the top of the installation frame: the width of the limit slot should be 2-4mm greater than the thickness of the glass, and the depth of the slot 10-20mm. During installation, two metal decorative board edges are led out by the bullet line, and then the top limit groove of the door frame is installed according to the edge line. Adjust the groove depth in the slot through the gluing pad. In addition to wood lining, the limit groove adopts 1 .5mm steel plate pressing, steel plate welding, aluminum metal profiles and other lining outsourcing made of stainless steel, etc.
(3) wood base support with metal finish: fix the square wood on the ground first, and then stick the metal all-purpose adhesive on the wood with trim board. The square wood can be directly nailed on the embedded wood brick, or fixed by means of expansion bolt connection. If aluminum alloy square tube is used, it can be fixed on the frame column with aluminum angle, or fixed on the wooden brick buried in the ground with wood screw.
(4) install vertical door frame: connect the bullet center line to nail the square wood of the door frame, and then use plywood to determine the shape and position of the door frame column. Finally, outsourcing metal decorative surface. When wrapping up the finish, put the opposite joint position of the finish on the middle door position on both sides of the glass installation. The joint position must be accurate and vertical.
(5) installation glass: use glass suction tray machine to suck the thick glass tightly, then hold the suction cup to lift the thick glass plate by 2-3 people and move it to the installation position. Then the upper part of the glass is inserted into the limit slot at the top of the door frame. Then put the lower part of the glass on the base support. The lower part of the glass is aligned with the center line, and the edges on both sides are just sealing the metal facing seam outside the door frame. It is required that the facing mouth cannot be seen inside and outside.
(6) fixed glass: the inside and outside nails on base support square wood two small square wooden strips clamp the thick glass in the middle door. The square wood strips are about 4mm away from the glass board surface, and then brush all-purpose adhesive on the square wood strips, stick the finish metal on the square wood bar.
(7) silicon sealant sealing: when injecting bracket sealing at the two sides of the top limit groove and the bottom silicon sealant, as well as the gap between the thick glass and the frame column, starting from the gap end that needs glue injection, the gap is poured at a constant speed, so that the silicon sealant forms a straight line with a uniform surface outside the gap, scraping off the excess silicon sealant with plastic sheet, and wiping the glue with cloth.
(8) docking between the glass: when the fixed part of the glass door needs to be spliced due to over dimension, the butt seam should have a width of 2-3mm, and the edge of the glass plate should be chamfered. After the glass is fixed, inject silicon sealant into the butt gap. After filling, use plastic sheet to flatten squeegee on both sides of the glass plate to make the gap form a clean uniform straight line, and wipe the glue with a clean cloth on the glass surface.
(9) installation of movable glass door leaf: Before the door leaf is installed, the positioning pin on the ground floor spring and the top surface of the door frame should be positioned and installed, and the two must be coaxial line. During installation, use the hanging line to check, make sure that the center line of the floor spring shaft and the locating pin are in the same line.
( 10) install the upper and lower door holder of the glass door leaf: install the upper and lower metal door holder on the upper and lower ends of the glass door leaf respectively, and measure the height of the door leaf. If the gap between the horizontal frame and the ground of the door leaf exceeds the specified value, that is, the height of the door leaf is not enough, the plywood strip can be door holder at the bottom of the glass within Wood (en) pallet.
(11) fixed glass door up and down door holder: after the height of the door leaf is fixed, insert door holder at the same time outside the gap between the two sides of the thick glass and metal up and down small Batten, tap firmly, and then small Batten, thick glass, door holder is injected into the gap between silicon sealant.
(12) door leaf positioning and installation: first, use the positioning pin on the beam of the door frame to pull out the beam plane 2mm with its own adjusting screw; Then, put the glass door leaf up, align the hole position of the rotating pin connector within door holder under the door leaf with floor Spring of rotary pin shaft, and rotate the door leaf to put the hole position on the pin shaft; Turn the door leaf 900 at the beginning to make it right angle with the door frame beam, align the hole of the rotating connector in the door holder on the door leaf with the locating pin on the beam of the door frame, adjust the adjusting screw of the locating pin, and insert the locating pin into the hole about 15mm.
(13) install glass door handle; Handle holes on all glass door leaves are generally processed when cutting glass. When the handle connection part is inserted into the hole, it should not be too tight, and it should be slightly loose; If the insertion is too loose, the insertion part can be wrapped with soft tape. Apply a little silicon sealant on the part where the glass is inserted into the handle before installation. When the handle is assembled, its root is close to the glass and then tamp down fixed screws to ensure that the handle is not loose.
