However, as a new field of concern, the energy-saving door and window industry still has chaos such as the lack of systematic doors and windows and the lack of industry supervision, which has laid serious hidden dangers for project quality, safety and owners' rights protection.
Under the current environment, how can the energy-saving door and window industry break down and achieve high-quality development? NI Haiqiong made a brief analysis on the current situation of the industry at the meeting and put forward four suggestions to deal with the industry problems.

In recent years, various provinces and cities have begun to gradually formulate development goals related to building energy conservation. Some data show that China's building energy consumption accounts for more than one third of the total social energy consumption, while the building energy consumption lost through doors and windows accounts for more than 51%.
As an indispensable part of building energy conservation, the energy-saving door and window industry has also begun to take shape and gradually ushered in a period of development. However, the current market situation is not as expected. At present, the energy-saving door and window industry still lacks system specifications, resulting in frequent chaos in the industry.
NI Haiqiong analyzed the current market situation faced by the energy-saving doors and windows industry in his speech at the two sessions: first, the current standard of energy-saving doors and windows only stipulates the product performance index, and does not systematically require the product details, lack of guidance in the application link; Second, our country's building doors and windows certification institutions are not professional, the testing and certification system is not perfect, and the lack of integrity mechanism can easily lead to quality and safety problems; Third, the current cost formation mechanism is not scientific, market inquiry is seldom combined with product performance systematically, and the phenomenon of winning bids at low prices is common. In addition, our country mostly adopts the general contracting pricing mode, and the second subcontracting of the general contractor leads to squeezing the price space of the special subcontractor; Fourthly, the current supervision mechanism is not perfect, and the supervision afterwards is only responsible for the sample, the quality of actual products cannot be guaranteed.
Four suggestions should deal with the current situation of the industry and strive to standardize the development of energy-saving doors and windows industry.
Based on 33 years of enterprise accumulation and continuous exploration in industrial development, ni Haiqiong put forward four suggestions in his speech at the NPC and CPPCC to promote the high-quality development of energy-saving doors and windows industry: first, it is suggested that the system doors and windows evaluation or certification standards should be compiled and issued as soon as possible. At the same time, the integrity management system based on product certification should be implemented, and the simple assembly doors and windows product system should be upgraded to the system doors and windows system. Second, establish standardized system doors and windows database, indicate data information, and use Internet big data platform to build a reliable one-stop product collection platform; Third, strengthen supervision and social supervision, it is suggested to implement the mode of "flight inspection + social supervision" to make information public and prevent quality problems. Fourth, it is suggested to take the lead in demonstration and application of government-invested projects through the linkage between government and enterprises, promote the healthy and steady implementation of the integrity system based on the system energy-saving door and window certification.
