Door and window engineering is an important part of engineering construction, and the acceptance inspection of doors and windows is one of the key points of construction work, how to do this part of work solidly requires our on-site construction technicians to strictly follow the regulations and carry out control and acceptance in accordance with national standards. This theory introduces a targeted article for everyone to learn and use.

1. General description

1.1 Requirements for gap between door and window frame and opening

Note:

(1) the gap between the door and window frame and the edge of the hole will increase due to the thickness requirements of the finishing materials (including insulation). When the gap between the door and window frame and the edge of the hole is greater than 35mm, concrete orifice or steel auxiliary frame shall be added between the door and window frame and the opening edge. The gap between the gate and the door and window frame shall not be greater than 20mm; The gap between the secondary frame and the door and window frame shall be 5mm, and the gap between the secondary frame and the edge of the hole shall not be greater than 20mm; when there is no sub-frame, the finished finish surface shall be pressed by 5mm of the door and window frame, and when there is a sub-frame, the finish surface shall be flush with the top of the sub-frame.

(2) the gap between the lower corner of the door frame and the opening should be adjusted according to the different floor materials and the lower corner of the door frame, and the threshold and floor (Wall) must be ensured. The gap between the filling is dense and the external waterproof is complete, and the finished floor should be high inside and low outside.

1.2 allowable deviation of door and window openings

1.3 installation and positioning of doors and windows

Before the installation of door and window frames or auxiliary frames, the civil construction unit shall provide three-line (horizontal line, a perpendicular line line and inlet and outlet line) benchmark for the installation of doors and windows. The door and window installation unit shall re-test the size and deviation of the openings one by one, record and mark the door and window openings that need to be handled.

1.4 door and window opening deviation treatment

When the gap between the door and window frame (or auxiliary frame) and the hole does not meet the requirements specified in Table 1, the hole must be handled and installed only after it is qualified. For more information, see the following table:

Note: When & delta;≥ 50mm, C20 fine stone concrete shall be poured at the opening, and the concrete shall be equipped with 2 & phi;10-pass long steel bars and & phi;6 @ 250U stirrups, connect with the original wall.

1.5 concrete sill plate (lower belt) and pitch

1.5.1 concrete sill plate lower belt method

For masonry walls, the lower opening of the window hole must be poured with the same width as the wall thickness, the height should not be less than 120mm, and the length of each side should not be less than 400mm into the wall (the length should be set when less than 400mm) concrete sill plate (measures for eight-character joints of masonry under windowsill).

1.5.2 practice

When the masonry wall is set with a pitch, the cast-in-situ C20 fine stone concrete lintel, lower belt (sill plate), left and right frame around the opening, and make it into the shape of inner high and outer low pitch; The cross section and reinforcement of the lintel are determined by the design, however, the beam height should not be less than 120mm, the main reinforcement should not be less than 4cm 12, and the stirrup should be & phi;6 @ 200; Sill plate should also be made into the shape of a pitch, and its section size and reinforcement method should be the same as above, the thickness of 120mm does not include the groove; The width of the frame is the same as the thickness of the wall, and the thickness (excluding the groove) is not less than 150mm; It is equipped with 2cm 10 vertical reinforcement and & phi;6 @ 250 stirrup, two limbs & phi;8 @ 500 connecting steel bars must be set between the frame and the wall, and the length of connecting steel bars extending into the wall shall not be less than 500mm.

The construction sequence should be: first build the wall to the lower part of sill plate & rarr; Pour the lower Concrete & rarr; Build the wall to the lower part of the lintel & rarr; Pour the left and right frame and lintel concrete;

When the wall is a concrete wall, the groove must be poured at the same time with the concrete wall;

According to the thickness and width of the mouth, one to two 8-way long steel bars and distribution bars should be configured in the mouth;

1.6 masonry wall hole edge embedded concrete block

When the external wall is masonry, concrete (C20) blocks (except for concrete orifices) used for installing doors and windows must be embedded on both sides of the door and window hole during masonry, so as to fix the door and window frame (or auxiliary frame). The width of the concrete block is the same as the wall thickness, and the height should be the same as the height of the block or 1/2 of the height of the block and not less than 100mm, the length should not be less than 200mm, and the uppermost (or lowermost) the distance between the center of the concrete block and the upper and lower sides of the opening is 150~200mm, and the center distance of other parts is not more than 400mm, and it is evenly distributed.

1.7 main anti-leakage materials

Table 4 main list of material

1.8 construction requirements of dripping water and flowing water slope at doors and windows

No matter what kind of outside finish method is adopted, drip tank or olecranon drip line should be made at the top of doors and windows. Paint doors and windows should adopt finished drip water tank at the upper mouth, and the water gradient of drip line should not be less than 5%; The water gradient at the lower mouth of window sill should not be less than 10%. The highest point of outside window sill finish surface should be less than 20mm of stool finish surface.

2. Structure of door and window nodes without orifice and auxiliary frame

The installation of doors and window frames should be carried out before the construction of outdoor decoration works. The installation of doors and windows and glass should be carried out before the interior decoration starts to minimize the damage and pollution caused by the decoration construction.

2.2 Description of construction practices:

Installation fixture: the door and window frames are generally connected with the wall by fixing pieces, which are made of galvanized sheet with a thickness of 1.5mm, and the length is processed according to the needs of the site. First, install the fixing piece on the door and window frame, drill holes on the door and window frame with a diameter of 3.2mm, and then screw the cross coiled hair self-tapping screw M4x20mm into it, and do not directly hammer the nail into it. The distance between the fixed piece and the corner of the door and window frame is not more than 200mm, and the center distance of the fixed piece in other parts is not more than 400mm, and it is evenly distributed.

Door and window frames are installed in place: metal expansion bolts or fastener are used to fix the installed fixing pieces around the opening. When fixing, the upper and lower frames should be fixed in symmetrical order, and then the frame should be fixed. Temporary positioning can be fixed by wooden wedge.

Gap treatment between door and window frame and wall:

Practice 1: the gap between the door and window frame and the four sides of the wall adopts dry cement mortar to plug the joint;

Practice 2: the bottom edge of the door and window frame and the edges on both sides turn 150 high range using dry cement mortar to plug joints, and the top and the remaining parts on both sides adopt foaming rubber stopper joints. No matter dry mortar or foam rubber stopper joints are used, the plug joints must be kept compact. The gap must be cleaned before the dry cement mortar is sewed, and the winding protective film between the window frame and the opening must be torn off. Before hitting Styrofoam, you must clean up the gap and tear off the winding protective film between the window frame and the hole. Styrofoam must fill in the gap, styrofoam beyond the door and window frame should be pressed into the gap by hand or special tools before curing. It is forbidden to cut with blades after curing. Styrofoam take out the temporarily fixed wooden wedge after curing, drive Styrofoam into the gap and press it into the gap with special tools, and do not cut it with blades after curing.

Coating jswaterproof: after the plug mortar is dried or Styrofoam cured, the jswaterproof is applied several times around the outside of the opening, and the thickness must be not less than 1.0m, waterproof must be pressed to the door and window frame not less than 5mm and painted to the 50mm corner of the door and window. See the node diagram for details.

Note: When the Wall body is masonry, you cannot directly paint jswaterproof on the block. After curing at Styrofoam, the bottom ash will be wiped and the head will be painted around the opening. Before applying the bottom ash, the base wall should be treated to ensure that the bottom ash is firmly bonded with the wall, and the bottom ash should not be Air Force Drum Corps or cracked.

Outside finish construction: After JS waterproof and dry, construct outside finish layers according to outside finish. No less than 6mm-6mm sealant groove shall be left at the junction of outside finish and door and window frame.

Sealant outside the window: after the outside finish is completed and dried, apply neutral silicone sealant within the reserved outside finish at the junction between the Glue Tank and the door and window frame.

Installation of door and window fan, glass and hardware accessories: door and window fan and glass should be installed before the construction of indoor wall surface finishing starts. Hardware accessories are fixed with self-tapping screws, and sealant is applied before tightening. Tf10 is installed

Construction of interior surface: Construction of interior surface according to the method of interior surface.

Sealant in the window: after the interior surface is completed and dried, neutral silicone sealant is applied at the internal corner of the junction between the interior finish and the door and window frame (the blank room can be omitted).

3. Structure of door and window nodes with no mouth and auxiliary frame

When the inner and outer decorative surface layers are thick (such as stone), in order to avoid too many decorative laminated door and window frames, the method of sub-frame without groove can be adopted.

The construction sequence is to install sub-frame, plug joint and brush JS waterproof first, then carry out internal outside finish construction, and install the main frame of doors and windows and doors and windows after the completion of outside finish. This can not only ensure the installation accuracy, but also prevent the door and window frame from being damaged and polluted.

3.2 Construction Practices

Anti-corrosion treatment of auxiliary frame: when the main frame of doors and windows is aluminum alloy, the contact surface between steel auxiliary frame and aluminum alloy profile should be anti-corrosion treatment first. When the design is required, the anti-corrosion shall be handled according to the design requirements. If there is no design requirement, the contact surface can be painted anticorrosive paint for protection.

Positioning and installation of auxiliary frame: First use wooden wedge temporary fixed auxiliary frame, and then use metal expansion bolts to fix the auxiliary frame on the concrete wall.

Car gap pocket joint between sub-frame and wall: use dry hard cement mortar to compact fill plug gap between sub-frame and hole, and apply rounded corners at the internal corners around; Take out temporary fixed wooden wedge after the mortar reaches a certain strength, fill the gap with dry hard cement mortar.

Brush jswaterproof: after the dry rigid plug mortar is dried, brush jswaterproof several times around the outside of the opening, and ensure that its thickness is not less than 1.0mm, waterproof must be fully pressed and painted to the 50mm corner of the door and window. See the node diagram for details.

Outside finish construction: After JS waterproof and dry, construct outside finish layers according to outside finish. Outside finish the finished surface is flush with the top of the secondary frame.

Install the door and window frame: after outside finish is completed, use self-tapping screws to fix the door and window frame and the sub-frame. The self-tapping screws are screwed into the two wall thickness of the steel sub-frame, and the sealant must be driven before screwing in.

Styrofoam gap between the door and window frame and the auxiliary frame: Styrofoam gap between the door and window frame and the auxiliary frame. Clean up the gap before hitting Styrofoam, and tear off the winding protective film between the door and window frame and the hole. The excess styrofoam should be pressed into the gap by hand or special tools before curing. It is strictly prohibited to cut with blades after curing. 3/5 Home Page Previous Page 12345 next Page Last Page

Sealant outside the window: after outside finish is completed and dried, apply neutral silicone sealant at the internal corner of the junction between outside finish and the door and window frame, and press the door and window frame at a height of not less than 5mm.

Installation of door and window fan, glass and hardware accessories: door and window fan and glass should be installed before the construction of indoor wall surface finishing starts. Hardware accessories are fixed by self-tapping screws, and sealant is applied before tightening. The installed hardware accessories should be firm and flexible to use.

4. Structure of door and window nodes with mouth and no auxiliary frame

When the finish is thick, in order to avoid too much pressure on the main frame of doors and windows with the finish and air force drum corps cracks caused by too thick finish, the way of no auxiliary frame with a groove can be adopted. This method can improve the anti-leakage effect of doors and windows.

When the wall is a concrete wall, the groove must be poured with the concrete wall at the same time; When the wall is a masonry wall, the reinforced concrete window frame must be cast in place around the doors and windows, and the wall must be built first and then the frame, for more information, see general description.
