1 General provisions
1.1 this chapter is applicable to the quality acceptance of sub-projects such as the manufacture and installation of wooden doors and windows, the installation of metal doors and windows, the installation of plastic doors and windows, the installation of special doors, the installation of doors and windows and glass, etc.
1.2 The following documents and records shall be checked during the acceptance of doors and windows project:
1 Construction drawing, design description and other design documents of door and window engineering.
2 Product qualification certificate, performance test report, entry acceptance record and reinspection report of materials.
3 Production License documents of special doors and their accessories.
4 Acceptance records of concealed works.
5 Construction records.
1.3 doors and windows engineering shall be re-inspected with the following materials and performance indicators:
1 formaldehyde content of artificial wood board.
2 Building exterior metal windows, instrument frame wind pressure resistance, air permeability and rainwater leakage performance.
1.4 door and window works shall be accepted for the following concealed works:
1 embedded parts and anchor.
2 Anti-corrosion and embedded treatment of hidden parts.
1.5 The inspection lot of each sub-project shall be divided according to the following provisions:
1 every 100 square meters of wood doors and windows, metal doors and windows, plastic doors and windows and glass doors and windows of the same variety, type and specification shall be divided into one inspection batch, and less than 100 square meters shall also be divided into one inspection batch.
2 Special doors of the same variety, type and specification shall be divided into one inspection batch every 50 square meters, and less than 50 square meters shall also be divided into one inspection batch.
1.6 The number of inspections shall comply with the following provisions: 1 wooden doors and windows, metal doors and windows, plastic doors and windows, and glass doors and windows. Each inspection batch shall be spot checked at least 5%, not less than 3%, if it is less than 3 square meters, it should be checked in full; If it is less than 6 square meters, it should be checked in full. If it is less than 6 square meters, it should be checked in full. 2 each inspection batch of special doors should be spot checked at least 50%, not less than 10%, and should be fully checked if it is less than 10%.
1.7 before installing doors and windows, the size of door and window openings shall be inspected. 5.1.8 the installation of metal doors and windows and plastic doors and windows should adopt the method of reserved opening, and the method of side installation and side opening or first installation and then opening should not be adopted.
1.9 The contact between wooden doors and windows and masonry, concrete or plastering layer should be treated with anti-corrosion and moisture-proof layer should be set; The wooden bricks in the embedded masonry or concrete should be treated with anti-corrosion.
1.10 when metal windows or instrument frame are combined, the size, specification and wall thickness of the splicing materials shall meet the design requirements. 5.1.11 The installation of exterior doors and windows of the building must be firm. Installing doors and windows on masonry is strictly prohibited to be fixed with fastener.
1.12 The installation of special doors shall not only comply with the design requirements and the provisions of this specification, but also comply with the relevant professional standards and the regulations of the competent department.
2 manufacture and installation of wooden doors and windows
2.1 This section is applicable to the quality acceptance of wooden doors and windows manufacturing and installation projects. Main Control Project
2.2 wood variety, material grade, specification, size, linear type of frame fan and formaldehyde content of artificial wood board of wooden doors and windows should meet the design requirements. When the design does not specify the material Grade, the quality of the wood used shall conform to the provisions of Appendix A of this specification. 2.3 wood doors and windows shall be made of kiln dried wood, and the moisture content shall conform to the provisions of building wooden doors and wooden window (JG/T122). Inspection Method: check the entry acceptance records of materials.
2.4 Fire Prevention, corrosion prevention and insect prevention of wooden doors and windows should meet the design requirements. Inspection Method: observation; Check the entry acceptance record of materials.
2.5 The joint of wooden doors and windows and the installation accessories shall not have wood joints or filled wood joints. If the wooden doors and windows have sound knot within the allowable limit and insect attack with a larger diameter, use wooden plug of the same material to fill them. For Varnish products, wooden plug wood grain and color should be consistent with the products. Test Method: observation.
2.6 door and window frames and doors and windows with thickness greater than 50mm shall be connected by double Tenon. The mortise and groove shall be tightly fitted with sizing materials and shall be tightened with a rubber wedge. Inspection Method: observation; Hand lever inspection.
2.7 plywood doors, fiberboard doors and mould door shall not be degummed. Plywood shall not be planed through the surface veneer, and there shall be no slicer. When making plywood doors and fiberboard doors, the frame and the horizontal bar should be on the same plane, and the surface layer, the frame and the horizontal bar should be pressurized and cemented. More than two air holes shall be drilled for each horizontal and upper and lower collars, and the air holes shall be unobstructed. Test Method: observation.
2.8 The variety, type, specification, opening direction, installation position and connection mode of wooden doors and windows shall meet the design requirements. Inspection Methods: observation; Scale inspection; Check the product qualification certificate of finished door.
2.9 The installation of wooden door window frame must be firm. The anti-corrosion treatment of embedded wood bricks and the number, location and fixing method of fixing points of wooden door window frames shall meet the design requirements. Inspection Methods: observation; Hand lever inspection; Check the acceptance records and construction records of concealed works.
2.10 The wooden doors and windows must be installed firmly, and the switch should be flexible, closed tightly, and there is no upside down. Inspection Methods: observation; Open and close inspection; Hand lever inspection.
2.11 The model, specification and quantity of wooden door and window accessories should meet the design requirements, the installation should be firm, the position should be correct, and the function should meet the use requirements. 2.12 The surface of wooden doors and windows should be clean, without planing marks or hammer marks. Test Method: observation.
2.13 The cutting angle and stitching of wooden doors and windows should be tight and smooth. The door and window frames and sash cut should be straight, and the planing surface should be flat. Test Method: observation. 5.2.14 the slots and holes on the wooden doors and windows should have neat edges without burrs. Test Method: observation.
2.15 The filling materials of the gap between wooden doors and windows and walls should meet the design requirements, and the filling materials should be full. The gap between doors and windows (or window frames) and masonry in cold areas should be filled with insulation materials. Inspection Method: tap the door and window frame to check; Check the acceptance record and construction record of concealed works.
2.16 The installation of batch water, cover animals' tougue, pressure sewing thread and sealing strip of wooden doors and windows should be straight, and the combination with doors and windows should be firm and tight. Inspection Method: observation; Hand lever inspection.

3 Special door installation project
3.1 this section is applicable to the quality acceptance of fire door, security door, automatic door, full glass door, revolving door, metal shutter doors and other special door installation projects. Main Control Project
3.2 The quality and performance of special doors shall meet the design requirements. Inspection Method: check the production license, Product Certificate and performance test report.
3.3 The variety, type, specification, size, opening direction, installation position and anti-corrosion treatment of special doors shall meet the design requirements. Inspection Methods: observation; Scale inspection; Check entry acceptance records and concealed works acceptance records.
3.4 Special doors with mechanical devices, automatic devices or intelligent devices shall have the functions of mechanical devices, automatic devices or intelligent devices in accordance with the design requirements and relevant standards. Inspection Method: start mechanical device, automatic device or intelligent device and observe.
3.5 The installation of special doors must be firm. The number, location, embedding method and connection mode with the frame of embedded parts must meet the design requirements. Inspection Methods: observation; Hand lever inspection; Check the acceptance records of concealed works.
3.6 The accessories of special doors should be complete, the position should be correct, the installation should be firm, and the functions should meet the use requirements and various performance requirements of special doors. 3.8 The surface of special doors should be clean without scratches or bumps. Test Method: observation.

4 door and window glass installation project
4.1 This section is applicable to the quality acceptance of glass installation projects such as flat plate, heat absorption, reflection, hollow, interlayer, sandwich, Frosted, tempered, pattern glass, etc. Main Control Project
4.2 The variety, specification, size, color, pattern and coating orientation of glass should meet the design requirements. Safety glass should be used when a single piece of glass is greater than 1.5m2. Inspection Method: observe; Check the product qualification certificate, performance test report and entry acceptance record.
4.3 The cutting size of door and window glass should be correct. The installed glass should be firm and free of cracks, damages and looseness. Inspection Method: observation; Tap to check.
4.4 The installation method of glass should meet the design requirements. The number and specification of nails or steel wire cards for fixing glass should ensure that the glass is firmly installed. Inspection Method: observe; Check construction records.
4.5 The place where the wood layering with nails touches the glass should be flush with the edge of the cut. Wood layering should be closely connected with each other and close to the edge of cutting mouth, and the cutting angle should be neat. Test Method: observation.
4.6 The contact between sealing strip and glass and glazing rebate should be tight and smooth. Sealant should be firmly bonded to the edges of glass and glazing rebate and the joints should be flat. Test Method: Observation
4.7 The sealing strip of glass with sealing strip must be tightly attached to the glass, there should be no obvious gap between the layering and the profile, and the joint of the layering should be no more than 0.5mm. Inspection Method: observation; Ruler inspection. General items
4.8 The glass surface should be clean, and there should be no putty, sealant, paint and other stains. The inner and outer surfaces of hollow glass should be clean, and there should be no dust or water vapor in the hollow layer of glass. Test Method: observation.
4.9 doors and windows glass should not directly contact profiles. The coating layer of single-sided coated glass and the frosted surface of frosted glass should face indoors. The single-sided coated glass of hollow glass should be on the outermost layer, and the coated layer should face indoors. Test Method: observation.
4.10 Putty should be filled with full and firmly bonded; The edge of Putty should be flush with the cutting mouth. The clip for fixing glass should not be exposed on the putty surface. Test Method: observation.
