Wooden doors have become the choice of many young owners due to their relatively cheap cost and environmental protection. I. Precautions before installing wooden doors
1. Before installing the wooden door, it must be placed horizontally on the ground (the stacking height should not exceed 1 meter). Do not lean to avoid deformation.
2. Try to avoid outdoor sunlight for a long time and prevent wooden doors from heating.
3. Prevent wooden doors from abnormal impact or contact with corrosive substances.
4. Before installation, the door opening must undergo necessary moisture-proof and anti-corrosion treatment.
II. Precautions in wooden door installation
1. Under normal circumstances, the door leaf should be closed.
2. If the humidity and temperature of the environment on both sides of the door body vary greatly, the door leaf should be kept open to avoid door body deformation caused by uneven humidity and temperature on both sides.
3. During use, tighten the hinge and door lock immediately if they become loose. When the hinge makes a sound on the switch, oil should be injected.
4. When opening the door lock and turning the handle, please do not push too hard to avoid reducing the service life of the lock due to improper use.
III. Precautions for installing wooden doors
1. After measuring water on the door leaf, wipe it clean with a dry cloth immediately.
2. When there are stains on the facade, wipe it with a soft cloth. Using professional wood products maintenance solution can prolong the service life of wooden doors.
3. You need to prepare hammer, ruler, Wood (Brick) block, rope, pencil, mersenli door set, special solid connector, etc.
4. Before installation, remove old powder or lime and leave the original brick wall or concrete wall.
5. Coat the wooden brick with specialized glue, pad the position set between the cover board and the wall, and fix the wooden brick and the cover board with small nails.
6. After the Styrofoam is cured (generally 2-3 hours), the triangle on the cover plate is removed.
7. Bracket, after blanking the actual size of the door edge line, apply specialized glue to the groove of the cover, then close the door edge line with door set, and gently tap the board to fix it. (If the door side line and groove are relatively loose, the inner side of the door side line can be sealed with wood skin).
Finally, in the limited space, the higher the door leaf, the better it looks. In particular, there are decorative moulding wooden doors. The doors are shorter, and the proportion is not so coordinated. It looks definitely not as good as the exhibition hall.
