Thick glass limit groove has been set aside. Be very careful about the chamfering of the four corners. Generally, hold the fine grinding wheel block by hand and slowly grind the angle to prevent the collapse angle of broken edge. The wood with stainless steel finish is base support, which is fixed on the ground by wooden wedge nails. Then all-purpose adhesive can be used to stick stainless steel trim board on the wooden square. Aluminum Alloy square tube can be fixed on the frame column with aluminum angle, or fixed on the ground buried wood screw with wooden wedge.
First use glass sucker to suck the thick glass tightly, and then hold sucker to lift the thick glass plate. 2-3 people need to carry out the lift at the same time. After lifting the thick glass plate, first insert it into the limit groove on the top of the door frame, then put it on the base support, and set the installation position to make the edge of the thick glass plate, just seal the stainless steel finish seam of the side frame column.
First open the silicon sealant and put it into the silicon sealant injection gun, and then use the rear silicon sealant terminal plate of the compression member gun, so that it can withstand the bottom of the silicon sealant can. Hold the wrist splint injection gun with silicon sealant and hold the glue injection pressing handle in one hand, and operate the pressing handle continuously loosely and circularly to squeeze out a small amount of silicon sealant for injection. Then align the silicon sealant injection port with the gap end seal.
The thick glass plate of the fixed part is often not completed by one piece. When docking thick glass, pay attention to the docking gap between 2-3mm, and the thick glass edge should be chamfered. After positioning and fixing the two pieces of thick glass, inject silicon sealant into the gap. After filling, scrape silicon sealant on both sides of the thick glass with plastic sheet, and wipe off the glue with a net cloth.
Installation method of automatic glass door
1. Determine the installation location
fixed glass partition and movable glass door leaf must be unified pay-off positioning, release the positioning line of partition and glass door according to the design drawing requirements, determine the position of door frame and guide rail, and accurately measure the ground elevation and the top elevation of door frame. Note: This step must be carried out after the construction of other processes is basically completed indoors.
2. Installation of glass partition wall
the width of the limit groove on the top of the glass partition wall and door should be 2-4mm larger than the thickness of the glass, and the groove depth should be between 20-30mm to facilitate glue injection. The installation method can lead out two metal decorative board edges from the bullet center line, and then install the limit groove on the top of the door frame according to the edges. Layer of wooden blocks of the slot is adjusted. Adjust by increasing or decreasing the backing plate.
3. Installation of steel frame
when the door body is relatively narrow and low, the steel frame is directly hit on the wall above the door opening of the civil engineering, and it is tightened with expansion screws; When the door body is relatively wide and high, it is divided into electric welding angle iron above the door opening to close the channel steel, or set a door in door and burn a door hole again. After the steel frame is burnt, it needs to be painted with paint to prevent the steel frame from rusting. Then determine the glass size.
4. Installation of track
automatic door special track should be fixed on the steel frame, and the height of the track should be determined by the glass size, parallel to the steel frame, and the left and right height error should not exceed 2mm. The track is fixed on the steel frame with self-tapping screws. Generally, a single track needs 8-12 self-tapping screws, which are determined according to the length of the track. The surface of the installation track should be flat without burrs, ensuring that the aluminum alloy track is horizontally and vertically and firmly installed. Please use spirit level to measure the level during installation.
5. Installation of motor
the automatic glass door transmission control chassis and automatic detection device are fixed and installed on the steel beam, and the fixed connection methods include the steel beam punching bolt fixing method and the welding connecting plate on the steel beam and then connecting and fixing method. It should be noted that the drilling or welding connecting plate on the steel beam should be completed before the installation of the steel beam.
6. Install the rigid door frame
nail the square wood of the door frame according to the center line of the bullet, and then use plywood to determine the external dimension and position of the door frame column (note that the size of decorative surface should be reduced). Finally, the metal decorative surface is outsourced. When the package is wrapped, the facing butt joint should be placed in the middle position on both sides of the glass installation. The joint position must be accurate and vertical.
7. Glass installation
use glass sucker to suck the thick glass tightly, and then hold the suction cup to lift the thick glass plate through 2-3 people and stand it up and move it to the installation site to prepare it in place. Positioning method: the upper part of the glass should be inserted into the limit groove at the top of the door frame, and then the lower part of the glass should be placed on the right center line on the base support, and the installation positions of the door frames on both sides should be well, make both sides of the thick glass just seal the metal facing seam of the door frame, and make it impossible to see the facing seam inside and outside.
8. Glass fixing
the inside and outside nails on base support Wood hold the thick glass in the middle, but leave a gap of about 4mm from the thick glass plate, then apply a brush on the flat wood strip all-purpose adhesive stick the facing metal plate on the square Wood and two flat wood strips.
9. Silicon sealant sealing
inject base support into the gap on both sides of the top root slot and on both sides of the glazing rebate silicon sealant and at the opposite seam between the thick glass and the door frame column. The injection sequence should start from the end of a gap to end, and must not stop halfway. The operation essentials are: to hold the caulking gun pressing handle, the force should be uniform, and the speed of moving along the gap should also be uniform, that is, with the extrusion of silicon sealant, the glue injection port should be moved at a constant speed, make silicon sealant form a uniform straight line at the gap. Finally, use a plastic sheet to scrape off the excess silicon sealant and use a clean cloth to wipe off the glue
10. Docking between glass
the thick glass plate of the fixed part must be assembled with two or more pieces due to the width of over dimension. The alignment and splicing of the two pieces will inevitably form a joint, 2-3mm distance should be left for joints (glass cut for joints must be used upside down). After the glass is fixed, silicon sealant should be put into the gap. After filling, squeegee should also be leveled with plastic sheet to make the gap form a clean uniform straight line. Clean the glue on the glass surface with a clean cloth.
11. Debugging of automatic glass door
turn on the power supply and adjust the detection angle and reaction sensitivity of the microwave sensor to achieve the best working state.
