1. Door set installation:
1. After door set is installed, the connections should be seamless and tight. All fixed accessories are fastened and will not loosen. Door set diagonal must be accurate, allowing errors below 1.5mm.

The side frame and the cross frame of door set are horizontal and vertical, and the vertical side frame can have a tolerance of 2mm, while the horizontal cross frame can have a tolerance of 1mm; Fixed screws should be used to join the wall of door set, the gap is sealed with styrofoam double sides, and the post-processing is smooth; If the width of door set is greater than 20cm, fixed iron piece should also be used.
2. Sleeve wire installation:
the sleeve wire interface should be installed without gaps, tight, and smooth surface. The gap between sleeve wire and the wall should also be filled with sealant.
3. Door leaf installation:
1. The direction of the door leaf should be correct. The switch is flexible and there is no exceptional sound.
2. There is a gap between door set and the door leaf, about 6mm below, and about 2mm on the other three sides, allowing a difference of 0.5mm.
3. After closing the door, the door leaf is closely connected with the sealing strip without swinging.
IV. Hardware:
1. Door hinge should be vertical and flat, slotted at the appropriate position of the door, standard workmanship, allowing a difference of 0.5mm. The hinge is normal and flexible at the beginning, and the Hinge fixing screws should be installed completely, can be hidden in the hinge plane.
2. The door lock slotting is accurate, which is convenient for daily opening. When the door is closed, there is no obvious abnormal sound when the key is used, and the accessories are safe.
3. Buffer, handle and suction door closer are installed in the designed position, and the installation is firm to ensure that the use effect of the accessories is good.
V. Appearance:
1. From the overall appearance, the gap between the ground and the ground should be within 3mm, and the gap should be sealed with disposable silverware set.
2. The whole wooden door seems to have no scratches. Clean it well and have a good visual effect.
