1. Color difference between doors and windows

II: door and window leakage
1. Phenomenon
①. Leakage at the junction of the door and window frame and the surrounding wall.
②. Accumulate water within sliding window under sliding chute and penetrate into the window.
2. Reason
①. Door and window frames and for walls cement mortar caulking.
②. The glue injection between the door and window frame and the wall is not strict and there is a gap.
③. The craft of doors and windows is unqualified, and the combination between window frame and Casement is not strict.
④. The installation of Casement sealing strip is unqualified, and water seeps into the Casement glass seam.
⑤. The window frame has no drainage hole.
3. Measures
①. Doors and window frames and walls shall not be caulked with cement mortar. It should be connected elastically and sealed with sealant, without gaps.
②. Before installation, check whether the doors and windows are qualified, whether the combination between the window frame and the Casement is strict, and whether the installation of the Casement sealing strip is qualified.
③. There is a gap of more than 50mm between the window frame and the hole, so that the window sill can make a running slope.
④. Drain holes should be drilled for the lower frame and track root of the outer frame.
Three: the overall stiffness of the door and window frame is poor
1. Phenomenon
push and pull or open and close doors and windows or in windy weather, the door and window frames shake.
2. Reason
①. Improper selection of profiles, small section, insufficient rigidity. The prevention of aluminum alloy door and window materials does not meet the requirements. The quality of plastic steel door and window materials is unqualified.
②. The steel lining configuration of plastic steel doors and windows does not meet the standard, (generally, 1.20 steel lining is used, but the owner cannot see it because it is installed. Many merchants use unqualified ones to install them to the owners) the strength of steel wall hail is poor; The lining steel is inserted in sections, and the shape cannot be strengthened as a whole; The lining steel is not firmly connected with plastic profiles, etc.
③. The installation node is not in accordance with the specifications.
④. Different fixing methods are not adopted according to different walls.
3. Measures
①. The specifications and quantity of door and window frame profiles meet the national standards. The outer frame wall thickness of aluminum alloy profiles shall not be less than 2.4mm. The thickness of plastic steel window material shall not be less than 2.5mm.
②. Check the appearance of plastic profiles. Qualified profiles should be bluish-white or ivory white, clean and smooth. Good quality should have protective film.
③. Select the profile section according to the opening size and installation height of doors and windows. The casement window is not less than 55 series and the sliding window is not less than 75 series.
④. Install in strict accordance with specifications to ensure firm and stable.
