The installation of doors and windows on the wall is an important part of the installation of finished products. It plays a key role in the use of doors and windows and the maintenance in the future. The installation of doors and windows can be divided into dry installation and wet installation according to different project requirements.
Dry installation (steel auxiliary frame installation)
a. After the steel auxiliary frame is embedded in the blank hole, and the steel auxiliary frame is leveled on the wall, the gap between the auxiliary frame and the hole is filled with waterproof mortar, the gap between the sub-frame and the hole should be reserved for more than 10mm. After fixing the sub-frame, apply waterproof paint between the outdoor sub-frame and the hole;
B. After the steel sub-frame is put on the wall, indoor and outdoor decoration can be carried out. The finished surface of the steel sub-frame shall prevail;
c. After the indoor and outdoor decoration is completed, the doors and windows frame is on the wall, and the window frame must be protected before it is on the wall to prevent the doors and windows from being polluted or scratched. The gap between the doors and windows frame and the steel auxiliary frame should be more than 5mm. Before the fixed connection between the door and window frame and the steel sub-frame, the level of the window frame must be leveled with a level meter. The level of the window frame can be adjusted through the frame adjustment parts. After the level is laid, it can be directly connected and fixed with the steel sub-frame;
d. After the door and window frame is fixed, the gap between the window frame and the steel auxiliary frame needs to be caulked. Polyurethane foaming agent is usually used for caulking, and then weather-resistant sealant is applied to the indoor and outdoor side of the window frame to seal it well, in this way, the installation of doors and windows on the wall is basically completed.
