1. Measurement of ordinary openings
the size of the opening is mainly to measure the height and width of the door opening and the entry and exit positions of the doors and windows on the left and right sides. Due to the unequal Wall, the actual measurement often shows that "the location of the point is different, the phenomenon of different measurement results", so pay attention to multi-point measurement to increase accuracy.
2. Special-shaped hole measurement
based on the horizontal and vertical installation of doors and windows in the opening, record at least 3 measuring points and take the minimum value as the standard. If the opening is irregular or has serious deviation, the opening needs to be trimmed, re-measure after completion. Measurement of corner window
the height measurement of the corner window opening is basically the same as that of the regular opening, but when measuring the width of the outer edge (W1\W2) and the width of the inner edge (W3\W4), there are obvious differences. Generally speaking, the measurement width is subject to the size of the outer edge: when measuring on the front side, measure the distance from the outer corner of the top surface of the balcony to the outer wall, which is W1; When measuring on the side, also measure the distance from the outer corner of the balcony top to the outer wall, which is W2; After measuring the width of W1 and W2, the thickness of the window sill or wall body must be measured, because the thickness of the wall body, the selection of the product series and the installation position of the product will affect the width and size of the finished product.
Measurement of arc window
measure the chord length and arc height first, then divide the chord length into several parts, Mark corresponding points 1, 2 and 3 on AB, measure the sizes of A1, A2 and A3 first, and then measure C1, the dimensions of D2 and E3 (C1, D2, E3 must be perpendicular to AB during measurement). After recording several sets of measurement data, according to the measured points C, D, e, use a smooth curve to describe the size of the curved hole. The more equal points the chord length is divided into, the more accurate the size of the hole is.

1. Dry installation (steel auxiliary frame installation)
a. The level of the window frame can be adjusted through the frame adjustment parts. After setting a good level, the level can be directly connected and fixed with the steel auxiliary frame,
d. After the door and window frame is fixed, the gap between the window frame and the steel auxiliary frame is usually filled with polyurethane foaming agent, and then the weatherproof sealant is applied to the indoor and outdoor side of the window frame.
2. Wet installation (fixed piece installation)
wet installation, as the name implies, the window frame must be put on the wall before the wall is wet.
a. Put the blank hole into the window frame, and do not tear off the protective film on the doors and windows before and after this, so as to avoid damage to the doors and windows caused by later construction; Adjust the gap between the window and the wall by using the wooden cushion block, fix the window frame after laying the level;
b. After fixing the window frame, waterproof treatment is required: then, waterproof mortar is filled between the window frame and the wall to make the window frame stable, and then the wooden cushion block can be removed, then apply waterproof paint between the window frame and the wall of the exterior wall;
c. After waterproof treatment, indoor and outdoor decoration can be done. Before decoration, doors and windows should be protected to prevent pollution and scratches, which is especially important.
