i. Frame-attached construction
1. The gap between the outer side of the attached frame and the wall should be uniform and should be controlled at 10~15mm. The fixed installation position of the attached frame should be met: the distance of the corner should not be greater than 150mm, and the center distance of the fixed piece of other parts should not be greater than 500mm, the distance between the center position of the fixed point and the fixed point of the wall and the edge of the wall should not be less than 50mm.
2. Frame-attached plug: the gap between the steel auxiliary frame and the main structure should be made of dry cement mortar fill plug to ensure compaction and prohibit foaming agent filling. Do "α angle (octagonal)" on the outside ". Paint 1.2 thick waterproof paint.
II. Installation and construction of main frame fan
the main frame and Casement are processed and assembled in the factory, which can improve the machining accuracy, thus improving the air tightness and water tightness of the whole window.
1. After the plug is completed, check the window specification, model opening form, opening direction, installation of square hole positions and combination accessories according to the design drawings. If any deformation is found, it is forbidden to install it on the wall.
2. Use regular gaskets to ensure that the gap between aluminum window frame and the steel frame is ≤ 10, and make the peripheral gap even.
3. Check the verticality and horizontal diagonal of the front side of aluminum window frame, and report and evaluate it in time after passing the qualification.
4. Main frame cleaning and outer frame glue
4.1. According to the regulations, use neutral silicone thick-resistant sealant of the specified color to clean the connection area between the wall and doors and windows within 10mm with a brush and dry cloth, stick masking tape, glue, wipe it flat with hands or tools, tear off masking tape, make local adjustments.
4.2. Note: When the exterior wall is a paint finish, the outer frame glue should be bonded with the coating base; When the exterior wall finish is made of stone, wall brick and aluminum plate, the exterior wall finish material cannot die from the top of the window frame, it is easy to reserve 2-3mm gap and then glue the window frame.

III. Glass installation
1. Glass installation should meet the following requirements:
1.1 The glass shall not be in direct contact with the glass tank, and the four sides of the glass shall be padded with cushion blocks of different thickness.
1.2 install the glass into the frame fan and fix it with metal buckle.
1.3 aluminium windows the two ends of the buckle are spliced at 90 ° (or 45 °), and the installation should ensure smooth and even.
2. Glass fixing adopts double-sided gluing method. The Buckle, outer frame gluing surface and glass surface should be wiped clean with a dry cloth and then glued. After gluing, it should be left for 48 hours.
3. Use the finished rubber strip: install the rubber angle first. The length of the rubber strip is 2~3mm longer than the actual length to prevent the rubber strip from aging after shrinkage. Use special glue to stick the glue angle and the glue strip as a whole; It is strictly forbidden to use the method of cutting the glue strip out of 45 ° angle (continuously opening).
IV. Hardware installation
1. The transmission part should be installed in the factory.
2. Hardware and accessories: install transmission handle lock; Install vertical hinged door lock; Mark the key according to the serial number after installation.
3. Operation standards and inspection methods: fixed firmly; Flexible switch; Correct position.
V. Finished product protection
1. When the product leaves the factory, the aluminum surface should be covered with film protection, and the frame fan should be tied with protective belt.
2, remove the original wrapping paper when installing aluminum alloy door and window frame fans. Once the installation is corrected and fixed, install and protect buckle cover in the lower part in time (it can resist smashing and impact resistance, and the material project is customized), re-protect the aluminum alloy main frame and Casement frame with protective belt to prevent the corrosion of sputtered mortar and outdoor rain and dirt pollution.
3. Remove the original protective buckle cover and protective belt before installing the glass. After the glass is installed, screen protective film The Glass. If the outer facade also involves welding construction, the outer side of the glass should be coated with water-soluble white paint.
4. Aluminium alloy door (push and pull, open inside and outside), door leaf installation should be arranged in the final construction. During the construction process, the lower door must be hard protected to prevent damage and deformation of the lower door during the construction process.
5. The time of aluminum alloy coated protective layer should not be too long. Generally, it is 3 months in summer and 6 months in winter (or based on the product performance). If it exceeds this period, the protective film should be replaced.
