Shortage in weight, too light
In order to reduce the weight of aluminum and pursue the so-called "high profit", some aluminum manufacturers reduce the weight of aluminum doors and windows per square meter, thus reducing the cost of aluminum doors and windows and meeting the need of some aluminum doors and windows manufacturers to bid for the price, production of thin-walled aluminum profiles-there are potential safety hazards in the process of use. Normal aluminum profile wall thickness: 70 series, 90 series aluminum window wall thickness is 1.2~1.4mm, aluminum door profile should be 1.2~2.0mm, aluminum alloy curtain wall profiled material wall thickness should be more than 3mm. The thin wall of aluminum profile is not up to the standard or too thin, and the future is serious and tiring. Therefore, don't covet the low price and choose unsafe aluminum alloy doors and windows.
