In fact, 15~20mm gap should be left between the door and window frames and the wall, in order to ensure the free expansion and contraction of doors and windows after installation, the inner cavity of the gap between the window and the wall should be filled with elastic materials. When filling soft materials, the fill plug should not be too tight or too loose, so as to avoid the extrusion deformation of the door and window frame.
(2) the splicing materials are not reliably connected and fixed with the wall. Plastic steel door and window frame the connection with the wall should be connected by fixing plate, which is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel plate with a width greater than or equal to 15mm. The installation position should be 150 ~ 200mm from corner of the window, middle horizontal frame and middle vertical frame, and the spacing should be 600mm. The fixing piece shall not be installed on the joints of the middle horizontal frame and the middle vertical frame, so as to avoid deformation of the plastic steel doors and windows caused by the obstruction of the expansion of the outer frame.
(3) plastic steel door improper selection of window profiles, thin wall thickness, or failure to set reinforced steel according to regulations, the most important thing is the advantages and disadvantages of plastic steel profiles, and the thickness of steel lining has a great relationship. Because the thicker the steel lining, the less easily it is to be deformed, the multi-cavity type should be selected, and the wall thickness should not be less than 2.2mm. The thickness of the lined steel plate shall not be less than 1.2mm. There is also a certain relationship between the standard operation during processing and installation.
(4) the installation and connection screws are elastic, no matter which fixed screws are twisted tightly, the degree of tightness should be basically the same, not too loose or too tight.
In fact, the inner cavity of steel profiles of plastic steel doors and windows should be added with reinforced steel according to the design regulations. When the outer frame material length exceeds 1500mm, reinforced steel should be set; Reinforced steel should be set when the middle base and beam exceed 700mm; reinforced steel shall be provided for both horizontal sliding window and bedroom door. The reinforced steel is connected and fastened with the same profile by screws to increase the rigidity. In addition, reinforced steel must be set for the splicing materials, and the lined steel should be 10~15mm longer than the splicing materials, and the upper and lower parts should be reliably fixed with the same wall. The window frame shall be made of insulation displacement connection materials, which shall be tightened in two directions with screws, and the spacing shall not be less than 600mm.
Therefore, it can be seen that the deformation of plastic steel doors and windows is related to the quality of the selected products and the installation standards of plastic steel doors and windows. If we do not want plastic steel doors and windows to be deformed after installation, when we choose plastic steel doors and windows, we choose high-quality plastic steel profiles, and then the thicker the steel lining, the less easily plastic steel doors and windows are deformed.
