check the vertical flatness of the frame, and use the vertical measuring scale to check the verticality range of the door and window frame. Generally, the allowable deviation of the vertical degree of the front and side of the door and window frame is 2.5mm, the allowable horizontal deviation of the horizontal frame of the door and window is 2mm, and the allowable deviation of the horizontal frame height of the door and window is 5mm, the allowable deviation of vertical deviation from the center of doors and windows is 5mm. Check whether the joints between the door and window frame and the wall are tight. The edge of the door and window frame can be checked with a combination of reflector and extension tube.
3. Aluminum alloy door and window lock inspection
lock is related to the safety of the home. When checking the lock, we should pay attention to whether the installation is firm and whether the key rotates freely.
Check lock. First check whether the installation position of lock is correct and whether it is installed in reverse mode. Check whether the installation on both sides of the lock corresponds and whether there is any dislocation. Then shake lock with your hands to check whether there is any loose phenomenon; Check whether the door lock activity flexibility can be carried out smoothly with reverse locking and unlocking; Then check the window, close the window lock, and push the mobile window with your hands, check whether the window is locked or not.
4. Use inspection of aluminum alloy doors and windows
shake the doors and windows back and forth by hand, check whether the doors and windows are in normal use, and feel whether the doors and windows are under abnormal resistance and sound during the shaking process; Then change the strength of the window and check whether the doors and windows can withstand different forces. Close the doors and windows and check whether the door and window fan are accurate with the frame. Generally, the gap between the doors and windows and the frame should not exceed 2mm.
