1 The opening fan is too small
The result is poor ventilation, which is neither energy-saving nor suitable for living. The problem that the window opening fan is too small is relatively easy to solve. All kinds of design specifications have the minimum ventilation opening area of residential buildings.
A 12? In the left and right bedrooms, there is a 600mm × 1000mm open fan to meet the ventilation requirements; A 20? There are two 600mm × 1000mm Open fans in the left and right living rooms; 4? In the bright bathroom, it is enough to have a 600mm × 600mm open fan; The ventilation requirements of the kitchen are higher, 5~6? For the left and right kitchens, a 600mm × 1000mm opening fan can also be satisfied.
Note: some city's construction departments have issued local regulations applicable to the region, such as Shenzhen, Nanning and other cities stipulate that the opening area of doors and windows is not less than 8% of the room area, etc, engineering design in these cities should pay attention to compliance with these specifications.
2 The opening fan is too large
As a result, it is inconvenient to open, and it may even affect the operation safety when opening windows.
Casement window opening fan: width should not be greater than 700, less than 500, should be about 600; Height should not be greater than 1400, less than 900, should be 1000-1200; Use too large opening fan (too wide or too high), especially when opening outside, the convenience and safety of opening must be carefully considered.
When we focus on the problem that the window is too big, we often only focus on the width. In fact, the height is also very "fatal". For the general outer casement window, under the condition of a certain height of the window sill, the higher the Casement, the higher the position of the opening handle, and in the "extension arm & rarr; during the window opening action, the height that can be reached by human hands shows a downward trend.
Therefore, the Casement is too high and the handle is too high, which will plus-sized the inconvenience of operation. For ordinary people with a height of 1.6~1.7m, the height of arm extension is about 1.4~1.5m. Considering the height of 0.9m of ordinary window sill, 1.0~1.2m is a reasonable height for opening the fan.
There is also a problem that is often neglected in the windows: the bridge-cutoff aluminum alloy profiles widely used now have distinct edges and corners. If it is the inner casement window, the height of the lower edge of the Casement is about 0.9m to 1.1m from the ground, it will pose a threat to the safety of children aged 3 to 5 who are moving by the window-head collision.
There are no other ways to avoid it: adopt pour inside (inner flat open + Upper Hanging) Windows, but the former is not suitable for high-rise buildings, while the latter will increase the cost. Therefore, this humanized design must be combined with the positioning of the project. In some high-end middle and high-rise residential projects, the use of flat pour inside windows can enhance the value of the product from the perspective of humanized design.
