According to the measurement method of door and window opening shape:
width of square opening: Measure the distance between the left and right of the opening horizontally, and select more than three measuring points of A B C for measurement, among which the minimum value (minus the adjustment margin of the door frame) is the extension width of the door frame. The height of the door opening: Measure the distance between the door opening and the opening vertically, and select more than three measuring points for measurement. The minimum value (see the adjustment margin of the door frame) is the height dimension of the extension of the door frame. Record after measurement, standard position and door and window code for subsequent review and installation.
Right angle hole
the width dimension of the oblique opening is the same as the measurement method of the directional opening. The dimension of the left and right sides and the size of the middle point should be measured in the height direction, so that the slope can be determined by simulation comparison in CAD.
Oblique opening
circular hole, first measure the suspension length, and then measure the size of A B C D E to determine the radius and arch height of the circle. If it is an oval or irregular circle, cardboard or rainproof cloth can be placed on the hole to directly draw the shape of the hole, and the subsequent production should also be compared with the production inspection.
Round opening
right-angle hole, measure the size and corner thickness as shown in the following figure to ensure that doors and windows are on the wall.

measurement data arrangement: the size of the hole must be recorded during measurement records. According to the condition of the hole, it can be divided into dry installation and wet installation. Wet installation is generally a blank hole, and generally the reserved gap around is 25mm, dry installation is generally embedded sub-frame, and the size of doors and windows is 5mm smaller than that around the sub-frame. After measuring the data, the detailed drawing of the door and window scheme will be released as soon as possible. After the customer confirms the order, the size and quantity of the hole will be reviewed again, confirm OK before placing an order. Door hole measurement is the primary link of door and window installation. Only when the size is accurate can the installation be carried out smoothly to ensure the safety of home doors and windows.
