In 2020, I ordered aluminium windows and glass from Foshan Ruiwu aluminum Technology Co., Ltd. After sending Guo, I found that the manufacturers ordered large glass and small glass respectively from two different manufacturers, the color of the three pieces of glass in the same window frame is different, and the big glass is dark green, small glass clear. After contacting the manufacturer for three months, a consensus was reached: all green glass was redone, and the freight was borne, unloading charge, and the lifting cost and labor cost of glass upstairs. Because the glass with problems in front has gone upstairs, the manufacturer is responsible for going downstairs and discarding the old glass legally. In November 21, the factory sent the new glass to the scene and paid the freight and unloading charge. The crane and labor costs of the glass upstairs were no longer paid. All kinds of wrangling, regardless of the old glass downstairs, no results have been coordinated all the time. Ask for help from the platform. Please help solve it!
