Because of too many problems, I was not satisfied with the handling of the merchants. Then I complained to lankai headquarters, which said it was lankai brand. (I still don't understand why the products produced by lankai manufacturers do not have lankai logo, however, seeing the door and window signs of other manufacturers, how can consumers determine that they are lankai products?). Due to many product problems and poor quality, I did not agree to repair it and offered a refund and return, but the seller refused.
