I ordered a batch of wooden doors and windows in Fana company in May 2021, some door set, two windows and two wooden doors, totaling about 16000 yuan. They asked to pay the full amount first, because it was recommend of the design company, so they paid. I received the goods on June 30. After installation, I found a lot of quality problems of wooden doors, black glue foaming, extremely rough workmanship, improper installation and wrong size. Immediately after returning to the factory for rectification, the effect was even worse. There was no need to redo it at all. After several times of rectification, the attitude was not positive, all kinds of tricks, and I didn't want to come to the scene. It is said that the quality of its wooden door can give 90 points in the industry. However, after many visits and inquiries, I confirmed that the quality was worrying, and I used inferior veneer and poor technicians. And the charge is not low in the same industry, it is not worth the price at all! This serious product is not the right version!! Not worth the price!! There is a problem with the wooden door factory! I found myself too naive on the way to protect my rights! This company does not have any warranty contract! Ask for a refund to compensate for the loss!
