After I customized the kitchen windows in Moke doors and windows in 2017, I complained to 315 because of product quality problems. The manufacturer replaced two windows for me for free, on the night of August 9, 2021, when it rained heavily, it was found that the two replaced windows would leak into the house when they were opened. After careful observation, it was found that there was a gap in the middle of the sealing strips of the two opened windows, however, if the window is not replaced, there is no gap or leakage. Now I think that Moke's doors and windows are deliberately installed with defective windows for me, which is intentional revenge. I need Moke doors and windows to open a fan for me to replace the windows for free and publish an apology.
