On May 3, 2021, I ordered a window named "paswo 75 system window" for 36,000 yuan at the pashwo doors and windows store (booth number: JM66-L-3037) in the Park Park store of Juran home in Chongqing, the down payment is 20000 yuan. Therefore, we believe that the window glass does not match the products ordered by our contract, and the merchant sells fake products by stealing beams and changing columns. It was OK to replace the genuine goods glass with the merchant in the previous negotiation, but the merchant ignored this legitimate request and called us to scold us. After negotiating with the Juran home, the handling method of the Juran home is: let the merchant return the glass price difference, or remove the window to return the payment, and refuse to fulfill the compensation rules of the Suran home first, ignoring the rights and interests of consumers.
