I bought a set of Hennessy aluminum alloy doors and windows at the Red Star Macalline White store in Xi'an in 202020. later, I found that there were scratches on the glass. Therefore, I bought a new one on April 15, 2021because the glass was embedded in the window frame, therefore, I sent the exposed part of the glass and the size of the whole window hole to the merchant to make it according to the window hole. The merchant promised to deliver the goods within 35 days, but the delivery was delayed for more than 50 days until 7 months, and the installation was not allowed. When I came back, I found someone else to install it. I found that it couldn't be put in. The glass given by the seller didn't lose the empty size on the edge of the bead.
