At present, the company has two intelligent automatic three-dimensional warehouses of finished products and moulds. The storage capacity of the intelligent automatic three-dimensional warehouse of finished products is about 8,000 tons. After weighing and bar code identification, the finished aluminum products are lifted from the storage elevator to the conveying track, it is automatically transferred to each storage port at transfer car and stored in a three-dimensional warehouse. When it is out of the warehouse, stacker is automatically sorted and out of the warehouse, the whole process is synchronized with ERP system to realize real-time operations such as dynamic inventory information entry and query..
The intelligent three-dimensional warehouse of moulds can store 150000 sets of moulds, and all mould information is stored in the ERP system database of the company, which is seamlessly connected with the production link, forming a complete set of mould circulation system, more than 100,000 sets of molds have been automated in and out of the warehouse, with unmanned handling, three-dimensional storage and intelligent storage management..
