On July 10, Shandong Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction held a press briefing to introduce the work of green buildings and building energy conservation in Shandong province. Since the 14th Five-Year Plan, the provincial housing and urban-rural construction department has insisted on taking Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era as its leader and anchored "walking ahead and opening new bureaus", promoting green buildings and building energy conservation has achieved remarkable results. Promote the provincial government and the Ministry of Housing and Construction to sign the cooperation framework agreement on jointly promoting green and low-carbon development in urban and rural construction, and request the Ministry of Housing and Construction to issue the work plan to support Shandong to accelerate the promotion of green, low-carbon and high-quality development in urban and rural construction. It is submitted to the General Office of the provincial government to issue "notice on several measures to promote the green development of urban and rural construction", and "Opinions on Promoting the development of the whole industrial chain of new building industrialization" with the consent of the provincial government. Jointly release the "14th Five-Year Plan" development plan for green buildings and building energy conservation, and the development plan for the whole industrial chain of industrialization of new buildings, issued "Shandong province urban and rural construction in the field of carbon peak implementation plan" "on promoting the construction of green Low Carbon County opinions", etc.
Revise and publish "green building design standard" and "Green Building Evaluation Standard" in Shandong province, organize and compile "technical points of green building construction drawing design review" and "technical guidelines for green building operation and maintenance", publish and implement "technical standards for ultra-low energy consumption public buildings" and "guidelines for assembly building management in Shandong province", etc. Among all provinces in the country, the energy-saving design standard for residential buildings was first released, increasing the energy-saving rate to 83%, which will be implemented from May 1, 2023. The establishment of green building expert database, 94 projects were rated star green building. Establish green finance to support urban and rural construction of green low-carbon development Reserve project Library, collecting nearly 200 warehousing projects. To promote the industrialization development of new buildings, the government or state-owned funds invest in construction projects to fully adopt prefabricated buildings. After three years of promotion and application of green building materials, a total of 363 products from 191 enterprises in the province have obtained green building materials certification. Since the 14th Five-Year Plan, the province has added 0.444 billion square meters of green buildings, 0.457 billion square meters of energy-saving buildings, 28.4533 million square meters of energy-saving renovation of existing buildings, and 0.133 billion square meters of newly-built assembled buildings.
