On April 11, by China Academy of Building Sciences Co., Ltd, the preliminary examination meeting of Beijing local standard "technical specifications for renovation and acceptance of existing building exterior doors and windows" compiled by Beijing Construction Engineering Materials Association and relevant units was held in Beijing by combining offline and online meetings. Standard Review Expert Group, Yang Xuhui, deputy director of science and technology and informatization of Beijing Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Committee, Li Hechen, director of Beijing Construction Engineering safety and quality supervision station, researcher Zhang Xichen (online), director of the Research Center of building curtain wall doors and windows, researcher Liu Huitao, chief engineer, expert Huo Qingmin, Qi genyan and representative of the members of the group of members of Beijing Construction Engineering Materials Association attended the meeting, the meeting was hosted by Yang Xuhui.
At the meeting, a review committee composed of five experts was established. The representative of the editor-in-Chief Unit gave a detailed report on the background of the layouts for standards, the progress of the preliminary work, the main contents of the standard and the drawing of key investigating content. The review committee listened to the report, reviewed the contents of the pre-review articles chapter by chapter, carefully and carefully, put forward guiding opinions and suggestions, and agreed to pass the pre-review after questioning and discussion. Yang Xuhui made a concluding speech, thanked all experts for their strong support for the standard compilation work, and asked the compilation team to further clarify the compilation ideas, fully absorb experts' opinions and suggestions, and revise and improve them as soon as possible, finish the standard compilation work with high quality on schedule.
"Technical Specification for renovation and acceptance of existing building exterior doors and windows" is based on the development overview of existing building doors and windows renovation technology at home and abroad, serving the development planning of Beijing civil buildings, based on the investigation, evaluation and diagnosis of the application status of existing exterior doors and windows in Beijing area, combined with the requirements of function improvement such as safety, energy saving, applicability and durability, this paper analyzes the potential of quality improvement and transformation of exterior doors and windows, it is clear whether transformation is needed, the scope of transformation and how to reform, standardize the transformation process and technical elements, and check and accept the transformation project quality. Standard establishment is an important support for filling industry gaps and guiding the activation and utilization of existing building outer doors and windows, making the transformation of outer doors and windows "have standards to follow and rules to follow". This specification was listed in the Beijing municipal market supervision administration's "2023beijing local standard system revision project plan" in January 2023. according to the planning arrangement, the approval information will be completed in July 2024.
