Since the trial production of extrusion and spraying lines in 2021, Hengshui base of Heping aluminum industry has made a good start and taken a good step. the first phase of Hengshui base was completed and put into operation smoothly. Now it has formed 70000 Tons of aluminum profiles, 70 million linear meter heat insulation strips, it is suitable for the production and deep processing capacity of energy-saving and environment-friendly doors and windows and curtain walls of passive houses and assembled buildings of more than 200000 square meters.
From brand-new factory buildings to intelligent equipment, from clean and tight production lines to leisurely and orderly rigorous management, Hengshui base is thriving. At present, the construction of Phase I and Phase II is progressing steadily.
Hengshui base of Heping aluminum is the third modern production base of Heping aluminum specializing in the production and sale of aluminum profiles. It covers an area of 920000 square meters and is planned to high quality aluminum profiles and 300000 tons of deep processing, 1 million square meters of high-end aluminum alloy energy-saving and environment-friendly doors and windows, and 1 million square meters of unit curtain wall. Hengshui base of Heping aluminum industry will build business units including product research and development, precision manufacturing, material production, engineering design, project construction, etc. While realizing the development of scale, specialization and collectivization, actively promote the combination of production, study and research, expand the in-depth application of products in various fields, and build a high-tech enterprise based on new technologies.
