Recently, Yantai Science and Technology Bureau organized experts to carry out the expiration acceptance of the "Nanshan Aluminum Industry Yantai Yingcai workstation" declared by the Technology Center. After on-site audit and evaluation by experts, it is believed that the acceptance materials of the elite workstation are complete, and they have reached the target of the task book in introduction of high-level talents and training, scientific and technological research and development tasks and scientific and technological innovation awards. The expert group unanimously agreed to pass the acceptance.
"Yantai talent workstation" is a talent development platform with introduction of high-level talents training, new technology research and development, and transformation of scientific and technological achievements as its main tasks. In order to give full play to the important role of high-level talents in the transformation of new and old kinetic energy, at present, Yantai city has built 10 work stations and implemented dynamic management. The Management period is 4 years. Yantai city first carried out the identification in 2018, and Nanshan Aluminum Industry won this honor.
Since the establishment of the workstation, Nanshan Aluminum has introduced and trained 27 high-level talents and 54 engineering and technical personnel; 26 new authorized national invention patents and 27 authorized utility model patents have been added; four new national standards, one industry standard and two group standards are added. Three new provincial platforms are added.
