Recently, Foshan Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology publicized the evaluation results of Foshan digital intelligent demonstration factory in 2022. The publicity results show that Guangdong Xingfa Aluminum Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xingfa aluminum industry") guangdong Xingfa Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xingfa precision"), a wholly-owned subsidiary, was successfully awarded "Foshan second-level digital intelligent demonstration factory" and will receive 15 million yuan incentive bonus. This evaluation shows that the construction project of Xingfa precision digital factory has been affirmed by authority, and Xingfa once again provides excellent demonstration for the transformation and upgrading of aluminum industry.

In 2019, the board of directors of Xingfa aluminum put forward the strategy of transforming to digital factories. Xingfa precision relied on Xingfa aluminum's years of experience in information management, as the first intelligent factory in the industry to explore the "digital factory" model, it has always been preparing and building around the "digital factory" as the core, through cloud computing, big data, smart logistics, new technologies such as process reengineering are the first to create a new data-driven industrial model, which achieves global digitalization and intelligence in R & D and design, order management, production and manufacturing, logistics and distribution, production, supply and marketing coordination, focus on creating a digital manufacturing factory for high-end aluminum profiles and deep processing products.
In 2021, after the Xingfa precision digital factory project was put into operation, the smoothness and efficiency of mold, extrusion, surface treatment and storage production lines were greatly improved compared with other ordinary production lines, the delivery period of orders has increased by more than 30% compared with the original one, and the number of employees on the first-line manufacturing worker has decreased by more than 40%. At present, the precision factory system is still under continuous adjustment and construction. The continuous improvement of the digital level of the factory will further improve the production efficiency, reduce the production cost and help build the new core competitive advantage of the enterprise.
In July this year, Xingfa Precision's "high-performance precision aluminum profile intelligent manufacturing application benchmark based on industrial internet" project was also awarded as "Foshan industrial internet benchmark demonstration project". The successful construction of Xingfa precision factory project can not only provide solid and credible reference data for the construction of new factory in the later period of Xingfa aluminum industry, but also empower the development of a new pattern of aluminum profile manufacturing industry.
