Based on the successful experience of the pilot, the three ministries and commissions decided to further expand the scope of policy implementation to 48 cities (municipal districts) in the country, supporting the development of green building materials and green building in a wider range and with greater efforts.

However, in the process of policy implementation, relevant cities should also combine the actual situation of the region and the development of building materials industry, and actively study and propose to adjust building materials indicators or increase building materials products on the basis of implementing unified demand standards, opinions and suggestions on green design and green construction methods, the three departments will continuously improve the demand standard system in combination with suggestions from various places.
IV. Standardize the establishment of green building materials product libraries. Green building materials that are included in the demand standards should be fully exploited, no warehousing or procurement barriers should be set, and local protection and local blockade should not be carried out in disguise.
V. By increasing the settlement ratio of the project funds, promoting the settlement of the construction process, timely and full payment of the project funds, the settlement ratio of the project funds shall not be less than 80% of the completed project settlement funds, so as to mobilize the enthusiasm of construction enterprises to participate in the implementation of the policy.
